Okay, so I know everyone has heard the news , Vogue has named "Elaine Welteroth" as the New Editor-In-Chief of Teen vogue Magazine. I mean this is such amazing news considering the fact that Elaine is the Youngest and the First African American woman who has held this position. Elaine is 29-Years-old and she has been the beauty and health director since October of 2012 and has played a great role in teen vogue for more than 3 years. Honestly, as a future Beauty and Fashion Editor, this is such inspiration and just drive and motivation to keep going after what I want. I am so proud of her and this is such a big promotion for someone who really deserves it, she gives all of us writers hope that Great things take time and patience. If your into Beauty, Fashion, Style and Hair Elaine is the best person to follow for the latest tips and tricks. Let's talk about GirlBoss , seriously who runs the world Girls!!! ' . This should give Girls al lof ver the world The ambition and drive to really go after what you want, elaine at one point was working two jobs seven days a week. She saved up a little bit of money and moved to NewYork and just networked and always said yes to jobs in the industry even if It didn't go towards what she wanted to do. Sometimes you have to take the risk and take that leap of faith to get to where you want to be. the ride may be a little rough at first but everything is going to work out.
