So I kind of want to sit down and have a chat with you guys, Let you know what's been going on in my life. 

Things have been pretty good and I can't really complain. I leave in 4 days to embark on the most amazing journey of my life. I'm taking all the risk and really going after what makes me happy and it's liberating feeling to have but also a scary one as well.  I am so excited to share this journey with you guys, I will be vlogging the whole entire thing so I'm super excited to see how my vlogging skills are. But Hopefully,I came share some exciting news and New projects with you guys while I'm on my trip. Honestly, I just wanted to take the time out to thank everyone who has believed in me, Everyone who has supported me because with you I wouldn't be where I am at the very moment. For all those who doubted me you helped me go after my dream even more. Though at times we don't understand where life may take us or where it may lead us to but ultimately we have to trust the journey and know that we will end right up in the place where supposed to be.  I will be having some awesome content Starting next Monday up om the blog from my trip, I will be having a travel diaries Vlogging and keeping you guys up  to date with all that is going on.  So once again from the bottom of my heart thank you for everyone who has supported me through it all, I know it won't be easy but it will sure be worth it ,I promise!  So many amazing updates to my blog and my content are on the way. I won't let you guys down.

"Miss USA"2016 Deshauna Barber

First, of all,I would love to wish Dashuana Barber a huge congratulations on being crowned Miss USA 2016!! Last Night Live on fox every news source was backstage at the Miss USA 2016 Beauty Pagent . Dashuana who is a 26 army commander  was representing the district of Columbia. In her road to vegas trip, Dashauna revealed that being in the army is like a family tradition. I want to show girls that you can  be in the army and be a model. I think Dashauna being crowned Miss USA last night was a life changing event. Honestly, I know for a fact that it gave little girls all over the world so much hope! Hope that you can do anything you put your mind to. You can do anything. Her story is very inspirational and I feel like a lot of people can relate to her and her story. When you have accomplished something you have always dreamed of You feel on top of the world. Hopefully, this is a message to all the little girls around the world, Always believe in yourself and know that no dream is too big of a dream  Once again I would like to say Congrats to our 2016 Miss USA "Dashauna Barber" 

"The Pep Talk"! GirlTalkRealness

Hey guys, so I know that I have been M.IA lately. I would say I have a perfectly good reason for my absence but I don't. I mean let's face it we all have out days where we don't feel inspired, or motivated to do anything. We'll that's been me for a week now, I just haven't been feeling it. I tend to think we all get In the kind of rut moods, where we have to Give ourselves "The Pep Talk" so to speak. This week that was me , and I'm still giving myself the "Pep talks" We all need to lift ourselves up and get us back motivated and moving. I love to change my space around when I'm not feeling inspired. Creating a new space for you to write down all your ideas and to just think clearly always work.  also Hello, reinventing yourself works as well too!  I think everyone should Reinvent themselves every some often. I love changing up my style and look and doing something bold and new.  Changing the way you appear to people can really motivate  you and get you back on track and focused more than ever. So to all the people out there that need some motivation, Wake up look in the mirror and say "Hey, I got this "! Today I'm going to Kill it ! Wake up thinking positive will result in a positive outcome.  So if your having one of those moments like me ,Remember the "Pep Talk" It makes everything better.

Alright guys, What's up I'm back! So I know I've bee a little M.I.A but I'm going to save that for another post. So I know I'm not the only one that stays looking for Great fashion designers that need more attention. I have bene following "Winonah Dejong" for a while now and I must say her page is awesome. If anything that lady sure does know how to dress. She is a blogger and Fashion Designer from amsterdamn .  She has her own Ready to Wear line that is super amazing for the every day Working woman and Girlboss.  Let's face it we all want to go into ,work feeling confident and beautiful and her Ready to Wear line gives you just that.  Her line was founded in 2015 and was made in Italy.  She describes her clothing line brand as contemporary , yet timeless. I think that this is  a pretty good way to put it, I love to dress up and feel good when I'm heading into ,work or doing anything work related for that matter.  I know there are ladies out there who dream of starting a clothing line and they are afraid of how it will go. Just take that first step because that first step could be the smallest step i in the right direction. Winonah has been featured in magazines such as Glamour, Harper's Bazar, and Marie Claire. If you're looking for new style Inspo or some awesome ready to wear, Than Winonah is the woman to be following.

Editor-In-Chief "Elaine Welteroth" Teen Vogue

Okay, so I know everyone  has heard the news , Vogue has named "Elaine Welteroth" as the New Editor-In-Chief of Teen vogue Magazine. I mean this is such amazing news considering the  fact that Elaine is the Youngest and the  First African American woman who has held this position.  Elaine is 29-Years-old and she has been the beauty and health director since October of 2012 and has played a great role in teen vogue for more than 3 years.  Honestly, as a future Beauty and Fashion Editor, this is such inspiration and just drive and motivation to keep going after what I want. I am so proud of her and this is such a big  promotion for someone who really deserves it, she gives all of us writers hope that Great things take time and patience. If your into Beauty, Fashion, Style and Hair Elaine is the best person to follow for the latest tips and tricks. Let's talk about GirlBoss , seriously who runs the world Girls!!! ' . This should give Girls al lof ver the world The ambition and drive to really go after what you want, elaine at one point was working two jobs seven days a week. She saved up a little bit of money and moved to NewYork and just networked and always said yes to jobs in the industry even if It didn't go towards what she wanted to do.  Sometimes you have to take the  risk and take that leap of faith to get to where you want to be. the ride may be a little rough at first but everything is going to work out.  So to all my GirlBosses out there, For my aspiring writers and fashion journalist Just go for it. "Modeling Behavior" Raelia Lewis

         So I had the opportunity to interview The lovely Raelia Lewis , who Is an  international model and soon to be author. Raelia is from Philadelphia ,PA she has three agencies that she is represented by which are  Mp Mega Miami, Base south Africa and Anomaly New York.  She has been featured in over 10 magazines worldwide. She graced the runways of New York Fashion Week ,Miami Swim Week, and L.A Style week. She has worked with household names Betsey Johnson, Mara Hoffman, Leanna Marshal to name a few. Down Below is our interview enjoy guys ! <3

When did you get started in the modeling Industry?

Raelia-  I was scouted locally at the age of 16 but I decided that I wanted to pursue modeling professionally after High School. I commuted to NYC for years and worked as a freelance model untill I got cast on America's Next Top Model. 

How  has modeling shaped you into the person you are today ? 

Raelia- Modeling has taught me a lot about taking risks, perseverance ,gratitude and faith. There isn't a fashion market in Philadelphia so  I had to jump out of my shell and put myself out there. I traveled and worked extremely hard on my portfolio. it took me years to secure an agency but It was all worth it. My motto is "Nothing ever gets easier, you just get better." Modeling taught me that great things taketime but all things are possible. 

What made you want to start writing a book and become an author? 

Raelia- I've always had a love for literature . I wrote poetry for years privatley but writing a book never crossed my mind untill I met an author in Miami who persuaded me too. He thought that my story was great and that it needed to be heard. 

Do you plan on to do any T.v shows anytime soon, And what are two intresting facts that people do not know about you?

Raelia- When the right show comes along I will definitley do it. I'm intrested in working on scripted series the next time around. I'm the 5th og 6 sibilings and I admire Maya Angelou . 

Do you have a name for you book yet, and what was the inspiration behind it? 

Raelia- The title of my book is "Trust Your Journey". It's a story of love,hope and great success. The book urges readers to change their vision to find fullfillment in life. What's so great about this book is that it's raw, relatable and inspriational. Thsi book was written for inspiring models but also for people who feel like giving up on life. The book includes personal sotries, modleing tips and visionary excersies that help build confdience and stronger minds. 

What would be some advice you would give to girls who want to be in the modeling industry, also what can we expect next for Raelia Lewis?

Raelia- Learn the market and invest in your portfolio. I plan on pursing an acting career next. I'm also in the process of being palced in london. Trust your journey will be the first of many books; I'm currently writing my second book now. I'm also a successful Brand Ambassador and I plan on creating a platform for other people who are involed in that field.

"Shameless Maya" The Movement

Alright, so I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of Shameless Maya on youtube , the infamous YouTuber who shaved her head as a part of her shameless movement.  Well,  I have been watching Maya on her shameless journey since she started her Youtube channel and she is one person who I find truly inspiring.  I love  how she had so much courage to shave her head live for everyone to see, To show that My hair does not define me, okay I define my hair.  Maya has started this amazing movement of being "Shameless" And a lot of you may be like okay what does that mean. Let me break it down for you "Being Shameless" simply means doing what makes you happy, going after  your dreams, bot being afraid to take risk and chances.  I know for a long time I was scared to take chances and risk because of what people thought about me or what they would say. Now I'm at the point in my life where I don't care what anyone has to say , as long as it's making me happy that's all that matters. As well get older the things we want, the people we surround ourselves with change.  I'm at a point where I'm ready to live "Shamelessly"  To really go after what makes me happy and just be around good genuine people. One thing about Maya she stays true to her authentic self and she's always encouraging other people to go after their passions and make their  dreams happen. She is the perfect example of someone who is a beautiful individual inside nad outside, A person who can change your life  upon meeting them. "Leading Lady"

Hey guys!, So I am officially the leading lady in my life right now . I know some of you are like what is she talking about, well let me explain.  You know how we all have dreams and aspirations to do things and be people in life but sometimes we let our fears of the unknown take front seat in where we want to be. Well, your girl is finally taking some risk and going after her dreams, I mean all of them. I have an exciting trip planned for next month that I will be vlogging and taking you guys along for the amazing ride to a new beginning.  I plan to work with so many great people within the next couple of months and hopefully have some amazing projects and opportunities to share with you guys. But what I wanted to say is Never let someone or fear stop you from going after your true passion and desires. "Turning Heads" Model Yahnay

Hey guys so I got a chance to have an exclusive interview with upcoming  model Yahnay who is about to change the game.  She is 17-years-old and was born and raised in Philadelphia . she is currently paving her way through New York City to create a career in the modeling industry and has aspirations to expand internationally.  See our Interview down below ! <3

How did you get started in modeling , and was it something you always knew you wanted to do? 

Yahnay- I started my modeling career at the age of 6 , with access by my mother and grandmother who are fashion designers as well as successful business owners. my twin sister and I have always been  the face of the fashion shows and campaigns and I have always loved the impact it left on people and positive energy it brought to their brands. Growing up and being a shy girl was a struggle because it was always hard for me to stand out but this was my way to bring what I had to offer the world when I couldn't use my words.

What work have you done so far in your modeling career ,Do you have any new projects in the works ? 

Yahnay -  I have been professionally active since 2012 , As I grow and make a name for myself there has been many battles but  I surpass them and overall I  continue to be very successful with no agency representation.  This became my passion so at the age of 12 my first step in reaching my goal was to learn more. I attended john Robert powers modeling school and received all the basics needed to officially begin my career.

What are some of your biggest accomplishments ? 

Yahnay-  My biggest accomplishments  have been getting the opportunity to walk in New York Fashion week twice , with photos that went viral. Also acknowledgement from essence magazine on having the best style to fashion week and a magazine publication in which my fan base can expect much more of in 2016 issues.

Will you open up to new avenues such as acting, also what can your fans expect to see from you in the near future? 

Yahnay- Yes , in the near future I do see myself acting and doing more things on the production side.If  I could describe myself I'd say I'm a risk taker and ever-changing. I am always interested in trying new things and unafraid of failure because that is what builds  my character. I have doubted myself so much a long time ago that today I am truly confident with who I am and can say many of my accomplishments have come from just trying with intentions on not getting the part and I got it. You will never know unless you try.

"Material Girl" Shiona Turini

So , I am super excited to write this post as always. Shiona Turini  who is a Style Consultant, Creative Director, Brand Development she is one stylish fashionista in the industry. For those of you who do not know who Shiona Turini is well let me tell you . She was born and raised on the island of Bermuda and she began her career at Yves Saint Laurent as the public relations  coordinator. after some years working at the house , Shiona was inspired to make a change to editorial.  I am so inspired by her its crazy. Her fashion sense is Ahhhmazing guys like this girl has the best taste in fashion and sure as hell know how's to style an outfit.  I'm always looking for inspirations for my outfits or things I want to buy , so I do not hesitate to take inspiration from Shiona. She gives me hope that One day I will be working for a big time magazine and I can not wait for that day.  It has aways been my dream to be in the industry some how some way and as I got older I got more into writing and journalism etc. I was like I'm going to be a writer that's what I'm going to do, but I don't just want to stop there I  want to be able to expand .  One thing I've learned from Shiona is taking risks, Never limit yourself or your  talents and just go for it. Another thing she taught me just by looking at her style is Always dress the part. Honestly , she is someone alongside shiona turni who I look up to. Brittany has such drive and determination as you saw in the first season of "House Of DVF" . Now that her  contract is over Brittany has moved on to other things, such as working with E news! . Now some of you may ask well what exactly does a brand ambassador do ?  As a brand representative, it is your duty to represent the brand globally on a larger scale.   Brittany is such an inspiration to women and young  girls all over the world, that dreams really do come true. Fashion Bloggers

So guys I found this awesome show on youtube titled "Fashion Bloggers" .It's a reality series that follow 5 popular Australian bloggers and their lives. Okay so you already know I was super obsessed because it's a show about bloggers considering I'm a blogger as well. I loved how they showed the girls taking trips , going to meetings and their everyday lives as a  blogger and what goes into a blog post and creating content. I must say watching this show got me super inspired and back motivated considering I  have been In a funk, But I'm no longer in that funk anymore lol.  This show really gave me insight on what it's like being a fulltime blogger sure it's glamorous but these ladies put in a lot of hard work , it's not as easy as it seems you have to give them major props. They definitely gave me some insight on how I personally want to see my blog grow and evolve, Some of you might not know But this weeks blog post on friday will be the last blog post until the Relaunch of my New Blog/Site. I just want my site to be more professional and to just really create some great content for you guys and  to just step it up a little bit with my blog. I'm starting to take my blog more seriously and  I want people to see that in my relaunch especially my audience. I have listened to what my audience wants to see and  I plan on making it happen with the Relaunch of my New blog.   If you're a blogger or aspiring blogger I would highly suggest this show It's great and very inspiring and motivating for the female Entrepreneurs and girlbosses out their and we all know I'm all about Girl Power.  So make sure you check Fashion Bloggers out and let me know what you think about it.

How To Stay Motivated

So, Do you agree with me that at times , We feel so not  motivated or inspired. I mean come on 

It happens to the best of us.  We all go through a period of which were not inspired or it's hard or us to really be motivated to proceed with what we have to work on .  I'm going to share some things that may help you get inspired again. 

1. Wake up early-  So I know we are all not morning people. But I found out   waking up early really helps jump start your day. I am not a morning person but When I do decided to get up early I feel really great and energized. 

2. Meditate-    I know everyone isn't into the whole meditation thing, But hey some of you guys don't even give it a chance to do it's thing. I started meditating a year ago and I can tell you that it not only centers me but also makes me have a clearer mind , and I'm able to get more ideas flowing. 

3. Master Jam Mix-  I don't know about you ,but good music always puts me in an AMAZING! mood.  A good morning Playlist that really gets you going can also motivate you. Music is such a great a  tool to change up anyone's  mood, weather their angry or sad. 

4. To-DO-List- Knowing that I have a calendar or schedule to go by or what I may have to do that day, makes me  excited. Me personally I  love running errands, it just gives you something to do when you think you're so bored.  I love being organized and knowing that I have my tasks to do for the day written down so I won't forget them. 

5. Be Positive-  Soon as you wake up In the morning and you have gratitude , it can really make your day so much brighter. Waking up an choosing your happiness and being in a goo mood, Really can dictate how your day is going to be. So try not to be sad cheer up and know that something amazing is coming.

Hey guys so I'm  super excited to be talking about Fifth Harmony in today's blog post. 

We have been with these girls since Xfactor and seen how much  they have grown. Their new album

titled 7/27 will  be released May 20th, with their new hit single "Work From Home" .I've listened to their latest single and I must say its a must listen to song. These girls are older,sexier and singing about work from  home with their potential guys.  This new single is sophisticated and the girls are  coming into their womanhood. I love this and how the girls are really stepping  it up and talking about being a woman and having a man in their songs.  Some fans are like OMG they're talking about sex, but guess what that's apart of growing up and becoming a woman.  I personally love the new route the girls are going ,Their vocals have grown and gotten stronger and they're just all around good. We tend to think girls groups or groups in general won't stick around but these girls are going to be in it  for a while. Meet Girlboss and CEO of "MarriedToTheMob" Leah Mcsweeny! This street style wear is a clothing for the girls who took the road less traveled. This is a brand that's for daring, risk taking  girlboss ladies.  The idea for this organic line of streetwear for woman came in 2004.  I recently watched a panel on HerAgenda of leah talking about how she couldn't keep a job because she just hated  authority and that she would just always rather being doing her own thing. I mean that's typically how entrepreneurs think , We don't do well with other people giving us orders we would rather be our own  boss and making all the plans on what's the next move. Being in a industry that's predominately  for males, it can intimidate woman but not leah. She states yes getting the recognition she deserved was hard but that's with any anything weather your a female  or male.  In my opinion you have to make people respect you and your brand. It's not something that's just given.  The girlboss also stated that She gets thrown shade but it's not a pretty industry and it's not for softies.  Being an entrepreneur within in self will have people talking. Saying things like well how does she expect to do this when she doesn't even know how to do x,y,z. People are going to be haters and confused admirers as I like to say regardless, you just have to go out prove them wrong and just do you.    Leah is pretty level headed and strong willed, she doesn't take shit from anyone.  Especially being a woman in the industry , men think we are incapable of being in a  position where we are an authority figure and we call the shots.  We have to remind them we are highly capable of dominating in a man's world. They must of forgot who run the world Girls!

Meet Ahyiana Angel , she Is the author of the book "365 Inspirations For The Soul of the Side-Hustler and the Entrepreneur"  Also is the founder of the most poppin woman empowerment instagram page titled "LifeAccordingToHer"  Now if you're someone like me who is a New entrepreneur and looking to  dive more into to scene , this women right here knows all about it. Now This book is motivation for that aspiring entrepreneur who may  be doing some side hustling to get their. It has so many good quotes and motivational sayings to get you pumped up and motivated.  Her book goes through the 4 phases of becoming an  entrepreneur and what goes  along with it. 

Step 1 : The optimistic phase , Step 2 :  The cautious phase , Step 3 : The discouraged phase , and lastly Step 4 : The enthusiastic phase. Now becoming an entrepreneur let alone becoming your own boss is a pretty risky thing, but hey someone out of the bunch has to be the risk taker and just go for it. As she states in the book, we all want to get away from that 9-5 job but just don't know how or are just simply scared to take that risk of stepping out on your job. But I feel as if you know your passion is to do something great and it requires you to become your own boss GO FOR IT!! what are you waiting for? Yes things can go wrong but so many things can go right. That's exactly what this book and instagram page is for, to pick you up when you're down and you think you can't to do it , To remind you that you are capable of achieving your hearts desires.  I can't wait to dive into this book myself and just have it simply help and guide me along the way of becoming a Entrepreneur and a #GirlBoss. She is  a student at the Nyc Fashion institute of technology.  This boss babe is all about her business and making major moves while doing so.  I have been watching Jayla for over two years now, and I must say her growth is phenomenal . She's a junior in college and has already made a name for herself and is establishing her brand which is the  Glamaholic.  Jayla post videos of her college experience , along with beauty and makeup and fashion videos .  She also gives behind the scenes of her life, She recently was at the CBS studio for a interview and did a collab with seventeen magazine. This boss babe sure does know how to network and brand herself.  The most important thing is being yourself, and jayla has no problem doing so. She's all about being a girl boss and getting what needs to be done, done! by sharing her life and experiences to the world.  She is also apart of The Youtube Sisterhood with Youtuber Vicky Logan, Lakia Star, Raven elyse and  Ashleydbeauty . These girls are all about creating that sisterhood and bond with woman who are passionate and are doing the same things you are doing.  There's nothing wrong with wanting friends who have the same drive and similar goals as you do. You want to have friends who essentially make you level up and be better at what you do.  Jayla surrounds herself with positive people who not only support her but want to see her win.  Us girls were all getting into being girlbosses and entrepreneurs and it's great, But we have to stick together and support one another .  Ladies we can all get to the top together. Blogger Spotlight Mckenzie Renae

Meet beauty blogger and influencer  Mckenzie Renae.  She was featured as Popsugar's select beauty. Her blog is titled MckenzieRenae , where she gives beauty and makeup advice, alongside  "Threads of the day" which talks about fashion, and "Dope nails of the day" This beauty is no newbie when it comes to blogging. she has been in the blogging business for 5 years.  It was crazy because as I was reading mckenzie's about me we both started our blogs in the month of september. She started her blog in september of 2011 and I started mines in september of 2015. Reading mckenzie blog has taught me a lot nad I'm  always looking to learn new things about blogging and gain more knowledge from my blogger sisters. Being in this industry is a lot of hard work , but worth it. My favorite section on Mckenzie blog is her inspiration section. This section you get to know a lot about the blogger and who she is.  The subjects she talks about and things she touch base on , makes you you able to relate to her  on a different level.  She talks about oppurtunities she has had and experiences that have set her back a little bit but that didn't stop her.   My Favorite posts from that section are "Be better" and "Something personal" because I can relate to both, and hearing some else's story inspires me so much to share mine, and that its okay to believe in yourself and the power of you can do anything you put your mind to.
