Youtube Star & Girl Boss -Jayla Koriyan

       Meet 21-Year-old Youtube Star and Girlboss Jayla Koriyan . She is  a student at the Nyc Fashion institute of technology.  This boss babe is all about her business and making major moves while doing so.  I have been watching Jayla for over two years now, and I must say her growth is phenomenal . She's a junior in college and has already made a name for herself and is establishing her brand which is the  Glamaholic.  Jayla post videos of her college experience , along with beauty and makeup and fashion videos .  She also gives behind the scenes of her life, She recently was at the CBS studio for a interview and did a collab with seventeen magazine. This boss babe sure does know how to network and brand herself.  The most important thing is being yourself, and jayla has no problem doing so. She's all about being a girl boss and getting what needs to be done, done! by sharing her life and experiences to the world.  She is also apart of The Youtube Sisterhood with Youtuber Vicky Logan, Lakia Star, Raven elyse and  Ashleydbeauty . These girls are all about creating that sisterhood and bond with woman who are passionate and are doing the same things you are doing.  There's nothing wrong with wanting friends who have the same drive and similar goals as you do. You want to have friends who essentially make you level up and be better at what you do.  Jayla surrounds herself with positive people who not only support her but want to see her win.  Us girls were all getting into being girlbosses and entrepreneurs and it's great, But we have to stick together and support one another .  Ladies we can all get to the top together. MakeUp Must Have's

Hey my loves, so today i will be sharing with you some of my makeup must have's. Us girls carry so much makeup in our makeup bags and they are our everyday essentials. I know that when I got out with my girls , then I  will just carry the essential in my little clutch , just in case of a touch up. You never know. So down below I  will share with you my favorite must have items. 

Must have #1 Face Powder-  Now personally I use mac Mineralize skin finish. It's a natural face powder that is super lightweight , so it doesn't make you feel like your caking powder on your face. I love my makeup to look natural as possible and not cake face. So girls , you must have a good face powder in your makeup bag or your clutch when you go out for touch ups . 

Must have #2  Nude Lipstick -  Every girl should have a nude lipstick is their make up bag or vanity set. Nude is the perfect go to color for any occasion. It can be sexy and classy at the same time. Most drugstores have great nude lipsticks , you don't have to go to mac or sephora to get a good nude . 

Must have #3 Contour Powder - Hello contouring is my favorite thing ever.  I use bobbi browns contour bronzing powder in the shade deep 4. I love how you can sculpt out the perfect look with bronzer. You can create a really nice tan, glowy look or a more dramatic one. But I choose to stay on the natural side. 

Must have #4 Blotting Sheets - Now if you're someone with oily to combination skin, blotting sheets are your best friend. I get only sometimes , but blotting sheets help to absorb any oils produced on your face throughout the day.  Drugstore have them , sephora and even mac has them. You can pretty much find them anywhere. 

Must have #5 Concealer - Now it's very important to have a good concealer just in  case you want to do touchups throughout the day. But you want to make sure you have a good one that will not crease. Creasing concealer girl is not cute , but that's why you also have banana powder or translucent powder to help with creasing as well. It's better to go with a creamy based textured concealer. 

Back to Basics ,Top 5 Basic Pieces

Now when it comes to street style , It's all about having basic fashion pieces and pairing them with statement pieces to make the outfit pop.  Now street style is one of the most popular fashion trends out there, especially during New York Fashion Week.  I"m going to share with some some of my top 5 basic must have pieces that every girl should have. 

#1 Must have piece is Black Jeans- black jeans are such a classic jean that goes with absolutely anything . I am just now getting a pair of black jeans in my closet like a couple of months ago and they are my favorite go to pants.  They're so comfortable and so classic that it will spice up  any outfit . Of course your black jeans have to be comfortable so make sure you find a pair the suits you. 

#2 Must have piece White T-Shirt- A white T-Shirt is so basic ,but so timeless. Literally you can take a basic white T-shirt throw a scarf around your neck or pair it with some awesome jewelry and it will change a plain white shirt to one stylish basic tee. It's just a piece that every girl should have in her wardrobe , you never know when you will just want to throw on some jeans and a white t-shirt with some sneakers to create a casual yet  cute outfit. 

#3 Must have piece Black Leather Jacket- This is an ABSOLUTE must have. Throwing on a leather jacket with some black jeans and a white tee can change your outfit so fast from basic to stylish biker chick in a matter of seconds. I love leather jackets it's a piece that can really change the whole mood of an  outfit and take it to the next level. 

#4 Must have piece Blazer- Now Blazers are perhaps one of my all time favorite pieces. You can create so many outfit choices around blazers it's crazy.  In the summertime you can wear some shorts, a tank top and throw on a  nice colorful blazer  with some flats  and BAM!! you have a bomb casual yet chic outfit.  Blazers are very professional looking as well  that's why I love them , but you can dress them down or up depending on how you style them . So girl go out and get you a blazer. 

#5 Must have piece Black Heels - Black heels is a must have !!!! you can seriously pair them with any outfit. Also if you don't have any shoes to go with a outfit ,black heels will always do the trick when you're in desperate need.  It's something about a black heel that is sexy yet sophisticated at the same time.  It's very classy but with a bit of sass.

Meet beauty blogger and influencer  Mckenzie Renae.  She was featured as Popsugar's select beauty. Her blog is titled MckenzieRenae , where she gives beauty and makeup advice, alongside  "Threads of the day" which talks about fashion, and "Dope nails of the day" This beauty is no newbie when it comes to blogging. she has been in the blogging business for 5 years.  It was crazy because as I was reading mckenzie's about me we both started our blogs in the month of september. She started her blog in september of 2011 and I started mines in september of 2015. Reading mckenzie blog has taught me a lot nad I'm  always looking to learn new things about blogging and gain more knowledge from my blogger sisters. Being in this industry is a lot of hard work , but worth it. My favorite section on Mckenzie blog is her inspiration section. This section you get to know a lot about the blogger and who she is.  The subjects she talks about and things she touch base on , makes you you able to relate to her  on a different level.  She talks about oppurtunities she has had and experiences that have set her back a little bit but that didn't stop her.   My Favorite posts from that section are "Be better" and "Something personal" because I can relate to both, and hearing some else's story inspires me so much to share mine, and that its okay to believe in yourself and the power of you can do anything you put your mind to. Meet Tanaya Henry. Creator and founder  of the jewelry brand "LaceByTanaya"  To her edgy intricate 

designs to her pixie haircut, This boss babe sure does know how to make some awesome 

jewelry pieces. With me personally I love jewelry , but with her line she gives you pieces  that are unique and different from any other jewelry line and that's what I like about her brand.  From her Rings cuffs , to her crystal bralette and bracelets this boss chick has a list of clientele that loves her brand.  From Kylie Jenner , Beyonce ,Jessica White and many others . This hard working chick hand makes all her jewelry pieces while also stepping behind the camera at times to take her own product shots.  That's' what I'm talking about ,  It's okay to be a one woman show and to do everything by yourself. Music SpotLight-Tayla Parx

Meet Tayla Parx , also known as Little Inez from hairspray. I bet you couldn't have guessed that this is the same little girl  all grown up. We obviously know that tayla has an incredible voice, but what you guys probably don't know is that she is a awesome writer and producer. This girl is super talented, some artist she has wrote for that you all may know goes from Monica,Fifthharmony, Chris brown , Ariana grande and the list goes on. Not only does she write and produce but she still sings. Tayla just released her song "Do Not Answer" on icloud of the demand of her fans. I can say first hand that "Do Not Answer " is one of my favorite songs at the moment and is on constant replay. Tayla is still writing but she is also getting into doing some of her own music as well. She's also best friends with Keke Palmer , you can see why these two are good friends they both share a love nad passion for music. Tayla has been working really hard in the studio and creating some awesome new projects for her fans.  I can't wait to see what this year has in store for tayla. Hello February

Hey guys! So I am super excited that it is finally February, How many of you guys felt like january was kind of a blah month. January was super slow and just not motivational at all.  This month is going to be super exciting I have so many new ideas for great content , and new platforms.  I can't wait to start posting more fashion posts for you guys and just some great new content.  Also this month is the official launch of the "ItGirl" project and I can't wait for you guys to finally see it. I feel like this is going to be an amazing month, full of a lot of work and just new exciting things , especially content wise. This is going to be a working month for my self to really start planning out things I want to bring forth this year. I'm feeling  so great and confident that this month is the official start of my new year. My blog will also have a new look to it. So I'm  excited to show you guys the new updates and finishing touches I have for my site. I can't say too much about what I have planned for my blog , but it's to be worth the wait. I hope your ready for some great , exciting content , because I know I am.  I also want to get you guys more involved so let me know what you guys want to see on the blog, or if you have any questions or advice for me to answer.
